At myEmpowerPlan, we are committed to supporting NDIS participants with clarity, care and confidence. We believe everyone deserves to understand their plan, feel empowered to make their own decisions, and have genuine choice and control over their supports. We are passionate about delivering person-centred and holistic supports which focus on each individual's goals, strengths and life circumstances. We recognise that no two plans - or people - are the same. Through personalised support coordination, we work alongside each participant to simplify the process, build knowledge and help turn goals into meaningful outcomes.

Michelle is a Registered Nurse with many years of experience working in the Emergency Department. She brings strong clinical knowledge and an understanding of what it takes to connect with supports which optimise your health and wellbeing. Throughout her career, Michelle has worked with individuals of all walks of life.

Erin is a Registered Nurse with degrees in Accounting and Law, and has a professional membership with the Institute of Certified Bookkeepers. With almost 15 years of Intensive Care experience, Erin combines clinical insight with financial know-how to support participants with personalised, well-managed plans that align with their goals.
