The National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) is an Australian Government program that provides funding to eligible people with a permanent and significant disability to help them access the supports they need. 

You can apply by contacting the NDIS on 1800 800 110 or visiting ndis.gov.au. An NDIS planner or Local Area Coordinator will work with you to develop your plan. 

Support Coordination helps you understand and implement your NDIS plan, connect with services, and build your independence. 

Add an answer to this item. Support Coordination helps you coordinate and use your supports. Plan Management handles the financial administration — paying providers and tracking your budget. These are two separate funded supports.

Yes. You have the right to choose your own providers including your Support Coordinator. Contact us if you would like to discuss transferring to myEmpowerPlan.

We service all of Queensland with a particular focus on the Gold Coast, Logan, Tweed, Brisbane and Ipswich regions. 

Support Coordination is funded through your NDIS plan under Capacity Building. It does not come out of your Core supports budget.
